Return & Cancellation Policy

At Kitchen Express Cabinets & Countertops, we are committed to providing a smooth and transparent experience. Because many of our products are custom-built and made to order, our return and cancellation policies vary by product type.

Please review the following terms before placing your order.

Pre-Made Products (RTA Cabinets in Original Packaging)

Our pre-made, ready-to-assemble (RTA) cabinets are eligible for cancellation under the following conditions:

  • Returns accepted within 30 days, for both defective and non-defective items, if the item is unopened and in original condition.
  • A 10% cancellation fee applies to all canceled RTA cabinet orders.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled delivery or pickup will incur an additional 20% restocking fee.
  • All returned products must be in their original, unopened packaging and in resaleable condition.
  • Returns are not accepted once the cabinets have been assembled, installed, or modified.

If a return is approved, any applicable refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Custom-Made Products

Custom products are made specifically for your project and are not eligible for return once production begins. These include:

  • Assembled RTA Cabinets
  • Custom Cabinets (Support Local Series)
  • Custom Countertops (Quartz, Dekton, etc.)

Custom Cabinets

Once the cabinet drawings and specification sheets are approved by the customer, no further changes can be made without additional fees.

  • Change requests after approval may be subject to fees based on:
    • The nature of the change
    • The stage of production at the time of the request

Due to the personalized nature of these orders, cancellations are not eligible for full refund once manufacturing has begun.

Custom Countertops

Quartz, Dekton, and other custom countertops are subject to the following cancellation policy:

  • A 10% cancellation fee applies to all orders.
  • If cancellation occurs after site measurement or material purchase, a 50% fee will be retained to cover materials and services rendered.
  • No cancellations or refunds are permitted once fabrication has started.
